Booking & cancellation
Your deposit reserves your date and is applied to your session total. Reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before your session. Cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead are eligible for a deposit refund, processed personally by Nia. Cancellations within 72 hours, or missed sessions, forfeit the deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
